Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase without giving any reason for doing so. You are also entitled to cancel within 7 days from the start date of service, meaning that after the 7th day after 12pm ET of using the start date of the service you won't be able to cancel.

If you are canceling a service like a one-on-one coaching subscription or a 6 week program, then we will prorate you the amount of the days remaining from the service.

(Example, if you ordered a service in a month that has 30 days and it has been 5 days in to receiving the service, then we will reimburse your for the remaining 25 days.)

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, has begun the services on specified date regardless if they did not use the service.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Also, if you wish to transfer the service or program to someone, you can reach out to us to figure out how to go about that.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the informed cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the services to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The service or program you purchased was done within 30 days.

  • Attempted the program and services in the means of trying the assigned work from the coach, offered feedback of not liking the services, and give reason for discontinuing services (life happens and we want to be as compassionate about that as we can).

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Free workshop

  • One-on-One Coaching calls already completed.

  • Services already rendered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns.

Gifts:

If the services were marked as a gift when purchased and then you'd like to cancel, you will have to contact us about canceling before the start day of services.
